This was in the February 2000 copy of LEGO Adventures comic. We're probably
not allowed to put scans online, although Michael Edwards might have
permission...
FYI: it's a four page spread, and includes one small picture of the Polar
models designed in 1987, and another small picture of the 1996 reworking.
There are two pictures of new elements for the range, but otherwise it's
sketches of models, photos of real vehicles and of the current line, etc...
