Sounds OK to me, Michael. The most important factor is your Mum's cakes - get
this right and the rest will be easy.
May/June sounds a long way off, but it would be helpful to confirm dates ASAP.
It's also very thoughtful of you to suggest accomodation etc.
My favourite is a rich fruity mix, plenty of cherries but not too much icing.
Of course, those who know me think I'm a bit of a fruit cake anyway.
