RE : Tower Building I was just looking at the UK fest pics, I was very impressed with this one: (URL) the rest as good as this one, or did JB take it too serious? I checked out a few more of the pics, The tower is great!!! I love the design features of a lot of it :) I've got a question... what's the number on the set in this pic??? (URL) looks like the box I've got from set 080, I'm just wondering if it has (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.general)

(...) It is indeed 080 8-) ...I found it at a toy fair a couple of weeks back. It was definitely incomplete, although the four special baseplates were there, but slightly different from those shown on the box and in the instructions - 4 studs (?) (...) Interesting thing about 080 is that it never appeared in the UK catalogues AFAIK. First there was 010 to 070, then it went to 011 to 088 Super Set (with motor). However, 080 was in the French catalogue, and if you asked for a UK toy shop to get it (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.general)
