You appear to be judging others by your standards. That aside, I think there are very little grounds for perusing this matter (expecting them to honor their prices) any further. They have offered a full refund, which is the minimum they have to to do in this situation. I think the the 10% is a real token though, they'd have done better saying nothing or offering something tangible... a beanie baby or something. But maybe I'm just annoyed, as I ordered well over UKP200 worth of stuff from them last week. Furthermore, I think this will actually generate trade for them. Scott A
