I suspect that Busy Bee will not be able to help you with grey bricks.
I have bought half a dozen of their mixed brick boxes.
Basically, they are a mix of the blue, green, black and yellow bricks from
the 4220 freestyle box.
Apparently, somebody or some company wanted a large quantity of red and
white bricks, so Paul from Busy Bee bought around 140 of the 4220s to
satisfy their requirement.
He sells the mixed brick packs for £5.99, and although the brick count does
vary, it averaged around 400 for me.
He'll also throw in a pack of the 28 large bricks from 4220, for an extra
£1, when ordered with a £5.99 box. This pack does include red and white.

If you want a single colour, he sold me some black at £1 per 100g, if I
remember correctly.

I saw that busy bee do bulk bricks in single colours, but it is the usual
stuff from the brick boxes, just sorted. I doubt there is grey, the only • way
would be to break open some expensive sets and have a ton of other • specialised
parts left over (for which of course there would be a separate market)

Even so, I will give them a try.

I am 95% through a large model and have plundered most stuff I have for • grey
beams. I dont have that many castle sets for example.
