Rock Raiders is a Theme within a System named Underground, just as Insectoids
is a Theme within a System named Space, and Aquanauts is a Theme within a
System named Aquazone. Underground, Space, and Aquazone are all Systems with
a Product Programme named LEGO® SYSTEM™.

Rock Raiders might inded be space (with a lowercase 's', as in "they exist
out in space"), but it definitely isn't Space (with a capital 'S', as in
the LEGO Space System).
Hence the objection to the subject line, "Rock Raiders IS a Space theme."
