It appears that I will be in the UK for a couple of days in July for a meeting (18th and 19th). So my questions are these: How far is it from Newbury (where I will be) to LEGOLand-Windsor? Assuming I won't have a car - what is the best way to get (...) (22 years ago, 20-May-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Just to close the loop on this, someone asked what the US name for EMU or DMUs would be and I have to say I don't know. The closest I can think for a DMU would be the Budd RDC (Rail Diesel Car) Here's a link to an overview of these (URL) that they (...) (22 years ago, 20-May-02, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.trains)
