New resource for the DACTA interface 70909

I bought this interface (70909) and some sets (9701, 9702) recently, and
have experimented a bit with it. Of course I found the accompanying software
(TechnoLogica) nice, but lacking, so I just had to start rolling my own
instead.

This is just Version 0.0, but you can use the source code (Borland Delphi
Pascal) and command description for playing with the interface yourself.

I've updated the page with some more info, and there's also a new version of the program, which is much more stable communications-wise (I can pull the serial cable and put it back again, and things still function!). -- Anders Isaksson, Sweden (...)
