Close, pretty close...
After some further research (helped by Mark Benz), I think I found out the
one I was referring to. It's *4th* Street Bridge! (should be closeby... :-)
I did try to find a sideview, but I was unable to so far; that will provide
the confirmation.
As a sidenote, I found that this bridge was meant to be "altered", as a
consequence of seismic risks - much talk about removing the visible
counterweight and replacing it with a below ground one...
