I'm curious how popular these sets will be with Dutch Kids, haven't seen them
in the shops yet. Holland is a very Donald Duck oriented country as opposed to
other countries such as the the Anglo-Saxon countries and Germany, which are
more Mickey oriented. Mickey was never a big success in our country, there is
a weekly Donald Duck magazine though which is quite successful with kids (and
adults alike!...hmmm.... I wonder, adults that read Donald Duck ... would they
be the same adults as the ones that play with Lego?!?).
Hopefully the future Mickey sets will also feature other Disney figures such
as Donald or Scrooge McDuck... I think Dutch kids would definitely like that!
(I would :-))
cheers,
Wessel
