that looks great! the red showing through looks like evil eyes!
Boooo-wa-ha-ha (evil like laugh). The alien guy is a neat twist, most people

Hello to y'all!
I've been hanging around on Lugnet for quite some time, enjoying your
creations every day. I did some postings with the first Classic Space
contest, but I doubt that anyone still remembers the entries. Time to change
all that, it's Delurk-day! I present to you:
The Black and Pointed Spacecraft.

For years my friends told me that I always designed black things, or pointed
things, or black and pointed things;

"What do you think of it?" I asked my one of my friends seriously

"I like the overall shape..." My friend replied, "Nice black and pointed!!!"

Standard reply, it became my style.
This spacecraft is a tribute to my beloved friends...it is meant to be the
definition of this Black and Pointed style;
Apocalyptic, Evil and Sinister, from the Black Void, the Dark Side:

The ship has a front compartiment to house what I call "the Critter", the
loyal servant, scout of the ships Master, The malicious Dark Alien. The
Alien is nested in the back of the ship, where (folded) it plugs into the
very hart of it. One should see the ship as alive, breathing, an expansion
of the body of the Dark Alien. The grey exterior of the body is an extremely
hard and sharp shell, the black underside is tough and flexible, but the red
interior is moist and soft like flesh. Imagine...

The lower pin of the body can fold into different positions, this way it can
function as part of a propulsion system and as a leg when the body has
landed on an alien world. (I like it when the shape of a model is changeable)

The ship has no armament whatsoever, it simply pierces enemy vessels by
flying through them. The ship is mind-controlled, so there are no physical
controls. Just a tube that directly connects to the Alien's spine.
Propulsion is through Dark Matter Distortion, generated between the pins at
the aft of the ship.

More photo's and more models will follow.

Tell me what you feel...

- Bas
