kawada blocks (clone company) did godzilla, mecha-godzilla and king ghidora in
both large and small size models:

i've got the large models of the zil and ghidorah (they stand about ten to
eleven inches tall) and have been VERY tempted to recreate them in lego but
kawada uses some ball-and-socket elements that lego doesn't currently have.
still, i have vowed to myself that i WILL someday make a rodan figure to oppose
the large models.
