Hi. I'm Yitzhak Bar Geva from Beit El. I've been in computer programming for
twenty five years, much of which has been in real time applications. I would
like to give "chugim" with the Lego Mindstorms and teach programming in NQC,
Visual Basic, etc. Could you be so kind as to inform me about the Lego
Mindstorms activities you know about here in Israel. My preference would be
to begin in the Yerushalayim area, but if there would be greater interest
elsewhere, I could be mobile. What do you think?

Unfortunatly I have to work at 13:00 (belive me, I'd rather be home
building), but, almost everyday I'm home around 18:00-19:00.
If you'll need a "trmp" to somewhere Haifa, Kfar sava or whereever I can
bring you.
Anyhow say when and we'll arrange something.
I belive friday or saturday will be the most convinient for most, but lets
see what we can arrange.

Hi All,
As I mentioned before  live in Netanya, which I believe is center for all • of
us Shiry, David, Gil, and I'm more then willing to arange the meeting in • my
place altough my LEGO is currently in boxes instead of on display
Israel

Hi Israel and everyone!

We are now up to *six* Israeli AFOLs - David, Israel, myself, Aviv, Yaron
and Gil. Yay!! This is an all time high, AFAIK. And 100 posts - we're on • the
right track, no doubt. Now we just have to get a meeting arranged.

I spoke to Gil on the phone a few days ago. He lives all the way south in
Gedera ;-), but maybe we can work something out. I'm trying to think of a
good time. What day of the week is best for you? Please say what is
possible, what's impossible, etc.

For starters, I will be in Netanya this thursday noon - around 1 o'clock,
plus minus. Israel, will you be working at that time? Hmm. Like I said, • I'm
in Kfar Saba every thursday, so that makes thing simple, I have at least a
one way "tremp", two-way if I don't stay very late. I can always take the
bus or train back, or stay over at my grandpa's or at some friends. I have • a
friend who lives in Netanya (Poleg).

For Aviv, Gil and David it might be a bigger deal to make it to the • Mercaz.
I can't remember where Yaron said he lives. Maybe Aviv and David could
arrange to meet in jerualem by themselves first, or to drive to Israel's
together.

I think we should get our act together and maybe even plan a show. We have
to start somewhere! From experience, every show that we put out, and the
cooler the creations are, will attract many people. Also, more people • might
join us and become interested. If we get a significant lobby - if we can
show TLC or LD pictures from our shows and they see a lot of people came,
they might begin to realize what kind of market they are losing here with
their high prices.

Anyways, please let me know if this thursday is an option. If not, tell us
what days you *are* available! I have no problem calling you if you email • me
your phone numbers.

Bye,
-Shiri
