I have to suspect that Ralph has run into some sort of mail trouble or
something. I had someone email me asking for some help in contacting him as
well. I met Ralph personally back in July and he didn't strike me as someone
who would deliberately leave people in the lurch, just as a terribly busy
person.
I copied a few more groups, if someone has a working email for Ralph please
email me, thanks
