Sears Outlet store (downstairs in Halifax, not the retail store) has an additional 30% off all toys today and tomorrow (May 17-18). They have a bunch of LEGO sets, located at the corner of the toy section furtherest from the doors. As of 10 am this (...) (25 years ago, 17-May-99, to lugnet.loc.ca.ns.hal)

Even when LEGO was selling the full line of trains in the stores, the only place around here that had any was Eatons, and all I remember there was a metrostation and some track (many years ago).
