These really don't conform to the exchange rates. According to S@H, to exchange
US $ to Canadian $, multipy y 1.43.  But the suggested retail prices are really
off sometimes.  I used a S@H US catalog for US refrence, and my own experience
on the Canadian prices.

US $2 is Canadian $3. It's a x1.5 increase.

US $3 is Canadian $4 (I think) That's approximatly a x1.3 increase.

US $5 is Canadian $6 (good deal) That is only a x1.2 increase.

US $6 is Canadain $9. Back to x1.5.  Ouch!

US $10 range from $12 to $16 here.  Weird.  The increase ranges from x1.2 to
x1.6.

US $15 is Canadian $20.  Slightly over x1.3.

US $20 is Canadian $30  That's x1.5.

US $30 is Canadian $40  Again, its a little over x1.3

It becomes stranger when adding up coasts.  If you wanted castle parts, men,
and horses in the US, then you could get one Guarded Treasury and one King Leo
($15+$5) for the same price as one Royal Joust ($20).  But in Canada, you could
get one Guarded Treasury and TWO King Leos ($20+$5+$5) for the price of the
Royal Joust ($30)!

Anyone else notice how weirdly this works?
