(...) I just rechecked all mine and out of 48, 2 of them have a missing chunk out of the middle and some flash on teh back. The missing piece is identical, which looks like a mould fault to me. Time to call Lego and complain. Kevin (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) Interesting. I just sorted out 6 of these tubs last night and one of the red fences had flash on one end. I'll have to check the others over more carefully. Incidentally, 5 out of the 6 tubs had a Lego COnsumer Survey card inside - this is the (...) (25 years ago, 31-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Heather, if you want any spicific parts, I am willing to go splits on a few more buckets. Be warned, however, that it seems like we have gotten some with a miscasting of the fence part. I have one miscast fence, and I saw another one at the zellers (...) (25 years ago, 31-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) Oh if it's set #4291 (760 pieces BTW) I suggest you buy several of them. :) There's quite a few red low slopes, 4 blue windows (not train), and many 1xN & 2xN bricks in various colours, not to mention a multitude of plates. There's even a blue (...) (25 years ago, 30-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)
