Last 11th, 12th and 13th of July 2008, LEGO Canada held an event in Quebec City (Canada) for the 400th anniversary of the foundation of the city (a metropolitan area of ¾ of a million people). Exporail 2008 will be held at the Canadian Railway Museum August 16th and 17th between 10h00 and 16h00. A small NALUG display is present at Edmonton's "Capital Ex" (used to be called "Klondike Days") this year. This year is the centennial for the Edmonton Transit System, so they contacted us to do something for them. We came up with a pair of bus kits (...) July August LEGO club magazine has a one page ad for 7678 Droid Gunship. Box at the bottom says: "Available this August at Wal-Mart stores only!" Looks like Wal-mart in Canada is getting some exclusives to re-launch them carrying LEGO. (16 years ago, 8-Jul-08, to lugnet.loc.ca)
