Hi all!
PLUG is proud to announce its first meeting, to be held in Porto (Oporto) on
March 16, 2002. The place for this event is the Engineering school (FEUP),
which kindly lent us one room and will allow us to use the informatic resources.
During the afternoon, we have some scheduled activities: one train/town
layout will be on display, Castlewars will be held, "Space table", some
Technic experiments will be undertaken... and feel free to give us further
ideas!
We intend to take some snapshots of the event, and then post them on
brickshelf before moving them to our future home page
(http://plug.no.sapo.pt). So far our creations have largely been unseen, and
we'd like to seize the opportunity to change that - not that you should
expect many MOCs, at least in this particular show, but there is always a
first time!...
We'd love to have you all in here! Given the short notice and remoteness of
this corner of Europe, it comes as no surprise that such will be hard - but
we have devised a strategy so that we can be on-line taking pictures "by

Olá a todos!
O PLUG tem o prazer de anunciar o seu primeiro encontro, a ter lugar no
Porto no dia 16 de Março de 2002. O lugar para este acontecimento será a
Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, que gentilmente nos cedeu
uma sala nas suas instalações e nos irá permitir utilizar os seus recursos
informáticos.
Durante a tarde temos programadas algumas actividades: um layout de
combóio/cidade, Castlewars, Espaço, experiências com Technic... e sintam-se
livres para dar mais ideias!
Tencionamos fotografar abundantemente o encontro, e depois colocar as
imagens na brickshelf antes de as mover definitivamente para a nossa futura
página (http://plug.no.sapo.pt). Até agora as nossas criações têm passado
despercebidas, e gostaríamos de aproveitar a oportunidade para as divulgar -
não que vá haver muitos MOCs, pelo menos nesta edição, mas há sempre uma
primeira vez!...
Adoraríamos que pudessem vir todos! Dado que não estamos a dar um grande
sobreaviso, e o facto de o país ser remoto, não é surpresa para ninguém que
não irá haver grande afluência - mas preparámos uma estratégia para estar
on-line a tirar fotografias "a pedido". Mandem-nos um e-mail para mais
