 Indeed, if it were not for the hundreds of direct deposit and direct debit
 arrangements that I have in place, I too would be moving on. But having been
 with the Commonwealth for so many years, the thought of trying to untangle
 *every* aspect of my financial life is simply too time-consuming (and
 error-prone) to contemplate. No doubt the bank relies on this factor to
 maintain its customer base, as their customer service has certainly reached all
 time lows over the past couple of years. Until then, I was more-or-less happy.

 I use Commonwealth Netbank all the time to pay into non-Commonwealth accounts.
 I'm actually fairly happy with Netbank. Maybe this has changed since you moved
 banks.

Their service has continuously been of a low standard, with waits of nearly an hour in some cases for an over the counter transaction of any kind. They slugged (...)
