Any relation to Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 Leman Russ Battle Tank?
Yeah, I think Zac mentioned a Warhammer inclination when I first saw it in
the ABS (I got a sneak preview a few weeks ago :) )  I'm no fan of WH40k,
but the model certainly looked cool.  Certainly went a lot of trouble to fit
that much stuff into such a small space.  Got me experimenting with
tank-building (though I've only got those stupid System tracks :(

If so, I'll have to show you my Rhino and Landspeeder models sometime.
(now where did I put that camera?)

James. (who doesn't mind the odd game of 40k but finds Brikwars cheaper!)
Brikwars is certainly cheaper if you've already got the Lego.  And you're
already into one anally retentive past-time, why not take it one step further :P

Thanks for the feedback, guys!
While the tank does have a hint of inspiration from WH40K, I think I just
ended up trying to model with a 40K feel, but ended up sorta unintentionally
looking like the Leman Russ. Oh well :D
I wouldn't mind getting a look at those models, James. Pictures!
Plus theres one other thing that makes brikwars better - in 40K, when a
model dies, you can't pull it to bits and scatter it on the battlefield
without suffering a real lot of anguish later!

Keep up the construction!

Zac
