Well, I got a note in my mailbox yesterday that I had a UPS parcel which was
unable to be delivered (no-one home), so I rang the number on it to arrange
delivery. Previously I'd been able to arrange a fairly specific time so I could
be there, but they said I couldn't do that - I should just leave a note with
instructions of where to leave it (which I did). I then asked the $64,000
question "Are there any extra charges?", and the answer was an emphatic "No,
sir", so it's looking good!! I'll let you know when I get home tonight!!
This was an order placed on 10/10.
