Well, what it says about exceptions is:
"Discount is not available: .... on certain promotional events (for
example,ì% Offî store wide or category sales) as determined business by
business"
So, from that we can deduce that some of Coles Myers businesses might decide
sometimes to refuse the discount in circumstances which (in their opinion)
constitute a promotional event.
Well, that's as clear as custard!
