Unfortunately I wont be able to bring any of my train things along. Becase If • i

I haven't got that much time to spare at this time. I'll try very much to be
able to get up there, take some photos (Yes Richard I'll bring a camera this
time!) and just catch up.

The only thing I'll bring along with me is my Model Team Ferrari F1 car.
Schumacher did win, even though i despise the guy.

Cheers

I need to know if I'm booking the school hall up here in E Gosford.....???

Peter and Santosh seem to be the movers and shakers on this.

I've just spent the last couple of hours trying to figure out all the places • in
the parramatta area that have halls. And after ringing them up.. They're • either

a) Permanently booked all day Sunday by church/religious groups
b) A bit pricey at about $35 per hour, which i think is beyond what we want.

Church/religious groups should be out in the community doing something • useful,
rather than clogging up halls we would like to rent.

I can keep trying other place such as more schools, but as i don't know what
these schools have I'm not sure if i want to just book blindly. There is the
PCYC in Parramatta that I know holds Model Train exhibitions etc, But when i
rang them up, they want a written letter stating purpose of hiring the hall.
And there was something else about the previous night being a "ban" night • and
that for use during a "ban" night they need a $500 deposit (YIKES!)

So as far as things go around the Parramatta area, it's not looking good. • There
may indeed be a suitable place around here, but unfortunately i can't devote
the time to book and inspect at this moment.

I hope someone else finds a suitable location. Perhaps we do go back to
Gosford.

Let's just get Kev to book E.Gosford. (the paralympics are on too = traffic)

If we're going to Gosford I have space for one AFOL plus their ABS, so Dave.L
or James.H let me know if you need transport.

OK......I'm going to call the school today and book it again......if we want,
we can meet a bit before 12:00 to go to the shops? Let me know....
Kev... :  )
