How about we just use the state system that someone mentioned? ie
2001.VIC.1
2001.NSW.1
We can also use local names;
2001.STUDS.1
A lot more simple than what we have now.

| (...) I would add LegOz to the start, so that they relate to each other. LegOz2001.VIC.1 or LegOz.2001.NSW.1 Let's keep the state abbreviations, because that's what these groupings are. -pw (24 years ago, 12-Oct-00, to lugnet.org.au, lugnet.loc.au)
