I'm not up to speed with anything Mindstorm related, BUT..I did see that Dick Smith Electronics was selling the Droid developer kit, for $99. This is the set with that (...) | (...) Yep. DDK is stand alone, it's quite limited, but you don't need anything else. Heck, you can even go without a computer (except that the destructions are on CD). HOWEVER.
