I think 7121 Naboo Swamp has 2 of the pieces you're looking for. They're on
the backs of the two battle droids included in this set. (Don't all sets with
battle droids have these tan pieces?)

| (...) Nope. AFAIK, only 7121 does. 7141 (Naboo Starfighter) does not. 7155 (AAT) does not appear to. I can't tell about 7184 (MTT) from the pictures. Steve (24 years ago, 28-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

| Sorry I should have used set numbers. I've got the two in the Naboo Swamp Set (the aforementioned STAPS) but none came in either the Naboo Fighter or AAT (my other source of battle droids). I was after a very cheap (under $10 pref.) set with some (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
