Congratulations Jamie, you have won the Port Block zillionth customer award!
Your prize includes a special browser cookie and de-luxe registry hack to
ensure you'll be enjoying a lifetime supply of the Pugwash television show
theme, free from pauses, for many happy years to come :-)
To enhance your listening experience, you might want to turn off your speakers.
On a more serious note, has anyone else had this problem? On every page on
which I use a sound effect, I include a panel on which one might hit stop, in
case there is something wrong with the user's taste in music. It is
technically possible to abort the browser so poorly that the media player does
not get closed, and remains unassailably hidden in memory until the machine is
reset. I had kind of assumed that this would be unspeakably rare....
Richard
Still baldly going...
