Hi Again

I would like to try and get back to basic postings by starting with a couple of kit reviews.

I want to start with 7471 Mars Exploration Rover from 2003 which I only purchased a couple of months ago with the Discovery Theme. This was a great build and a challenging kit to do. It looks fantastic when finished and you can get a feel on how the real Rover would have operated when it landed. I rate it as a 9 for overall appearance as a kit. OOP now but worth the price to have one.

[Crossposted to Technic] (...) I really liked this model, especially the amount of features built into a nice looking package. My only complaint was that I'd have loved to have the real unsprung rocker-bogie suspension modeled, even if it would have (...) (16 years ago, 5-May-08, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.technic)
