G’day all,

Been ages since I last posted any MOC stuff...

I recently built a house for a competition (hence the size for mobility and we were only allowed to take one picture).

The house has 5 levels and consists of a Master bedroom with Parents ‘outdoor’ Retreat & Ensuite, a Guest room (also with Ensuite) with a Spa on the Balcony, 3 bedrooms, Library, Lounge, Kitchen and Dining rooms, Study areas, LEGO room, Sun rooms, Reading room, spacious stairwells and an open entrance!

You will also see the many Balconies and features on both sides of the house, a Swimming Pool, Ponds, Waterfalls etc and wild grown Gardens, Tropical Plants, Flowers and Waterfalls…

As you can read above there is a LEGO room! I had to put one in there, as what is a house without a LEGO room? It was a must ;) I have not yet done other rooms inside the house, as in interior, due to time, but maybe before I dismantle it, I may do a few more rooms. The LEGO room was being decorated as I was building the levels up, so sadly the house was not designed to take each layer off.

Unfortunately the pictures are all over the place in the folder, some of them are also progress shots as I am sure you can figure out.

Hope you enjoy it!

Mel, I have something very short and to the point to say: I love it! OoOOooOOOOOOOOooooooooh, So much to see. So many details! I am going to enjoy looking at all the tenhiques and creativity you put in to this wonderful creation! WOW! Thank you! e (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build)

(...) I enjoyed it! Fabulous. I love the water effects with what appears to be plants and what-not underneath the clear "water" plates. The lushness reminds me of a recent trip to the Bronx Zoo where there are jungle type areas you can walk in. I (...) (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Ah, Mel, so beautiful! I love the waterlily pond. Looking at it closely, you've got orange starfish (and other stuff?) under the clear plates to produce the underwater effect. And as always I wonder where on earth you find some of the array of (...) (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build)

WOW! I could look at your house all day. But I have other things to do! Let me just pick out one of many fantastic details for special praise. Your ponds are fantastic. Placing items below the clear plates was simply genius. The ponds fit in (...) (18 years ago, 24-Aug-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)

(...) VERY nice MOC; I like the log-build garage the most, especially the layered roof it looks very authentic. Arne, Copenhagen (18 years ago, 25-Aug-06, to lugnet.build, FTX)
