Not much you can do to protect a trademark internationally, (short of using
it - or registering it) except for relying on others not to use it - or if
they do, acknowledging your ownership.

Well it may already be “nabbed” in the US anyway, certainly the brickvention.com
.org and .net domains are already registered, by none other than Kevin Loch, of
Brickshelf fame...
