LOL! well... it wasn’t just discussed with only myself... and put it this
way... Tim Courtney was quite happy to nab it for one of Chicago’s events...

Not much you can do to protect a trademark internationally, (short of using it -
or registering it) except for relying on others not to use it - or if they do,
acknowledging your ownership.
