LOL! well... it wasn’t just discussed with only myself... and put it this way... Tim Courtney was quite happy to nab it for one of Chicago’s events...

Not much you can do to protect a trademark internationally, (short of using it - or registering it) except for relying on others not to use it - or if they do, acknowledging your ownership.

   and there was a bunch of other details we found... anyway, there are some good plans, so grab a bean bag, a beer and a brick or two...

Not sure about the bean bag, but the beer and bricks sound good ;-)
