(...) I thought $57 was an amazing price for a flagship set with an RRP of ~$180. Not amazing enough to buy a second one though... The whole landfill thing makes me cry. (...) I noticed that one while scrutinising Brickshelf. The other characters would be one offs for me and there are a few cute parts (brown saddle, bush base, flag, bugle, hats). The set's pretty thin on the ground up here, and frankly it's because (...) (25 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

(...) I just dug ot my 6769 instructions... The head was on the Officer with the double-breasted shirt and black pants. It was sunstituted for the handlebar mustache/beard head.
