| Benjamin, I believe (and I'm only 95% sure on this one) that the ONLY sets that had the 1x1 white numbers and letters were the parts packs (planpacks in UK). The numbers are (letters/numbers) 234/237(late 50's-early 60's), 487/488 (mid 60's) , (...) (25 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.db.inv)

| Ben I have been doing some more research, much to my husband's amazement. This quiz has been driving me crazy. I think the answer is set 6379 Riding School, available from 1986 to 1990 inclusive. Two mini-figs and 4 wheels on the horse drawn cart. (...) (25 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
