Ok, I have just phoned Lego UK who claim that Windsor does not stock
any service items as they are all special orders from Denmark. I guess
this confirms your "old stock" theory. Unfortunatly, being on the phone
to lego meant that I *just had* to order another 18 quids worth of parts :-)
Thanks anyway, I really must get to visit Windsor (its only an hour away so
no excuse really!)
Cheers,
Darren
