What the? Contact form on Shop At Home website has problems.

I have found if I input too much text into the customer service contact
form, that the form handler keeps thinking the message is too long!
Unfortunately most problems I have found seem to require quite a good
description of the problem to begin with!
Could someone at LEGO Shop At Home please update their contact form to
accept long contact form enquiries, say around 4,000 characters, and
preferably let the person know visually how much contact form space they
have left available with which to word a query?
I have noticed there is no category whereby a person can specify that the
set they have built/are building has either structural or mechanical flaws
in it, as is the case with my contact enquiry.
