I'm very excited about the Legends perspective as well.
But to me personally, there's one option that would really make this even
greater:
*Reruns in a different color from the original.*
Why? Consider:
- Variety. It would be more interesting to have gem sets in other colours.
- Improvement. Colors which were not available back then, can improve the
design. Think of the Guarded Inn with tan roofs and tan/brown tudor walls.
Think of the Yellow Castle in dark grey or tan (is this blasphemy?)
- Sales. Even people who already have the original would buy the new one.
- Proven. It prooved succesfull with he red rerun of the yellow train
station.
- Collector's relief. No confusion between original and rerun; no value
drops.
Personally, my main concern ar the first two of the above.
