Can someone please explain why only people from the US can enter contest run by TLC/LD? I would imagine that if TLC/:LD could allow anyone to enter they would so why cant they? Does it have something to do with the laws that govern how these sorts (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
