It was great to see Australia mentioned, we are aware that Lego has influences outside their control working against them in a market like ours. If you ever (...)   Re: bulk ordering is here!

This is great news! I have already contributed yet more money into the LEGO coffers thanks to this service. It ends up being a great deal for adult builders since we can now build large structures much more cheaply! Anyhow, I was curious as to why (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: bulk ordering is here!

I was confused about this as well. I explicitly had the operator verify that these trans thin walls are identical to those used in 4561. These are light blue trans-blue thin walls as opposed to the dark blue variety seen in aquanaut and other sets. (...) I'm personally hoping that LD decide on a global price for the items, and then add postage to this, (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: bulk ordering is here!

(...) I visited the new bulk ordering section for Lego Shop at Home. What i don't get is their pricing -- it's all screwed up, not a good deal at all: For example, lets buy 1 of each, A. B. C. D. E. & F. of the standard bricks they are offering -- (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Question re: the bulk discount

(...) Actually, the various images look like they are from different sources. The green bricks look like they could be from a recent instruction manual or service-pak image. The white plates look like they are from a somewhat-older image-set, maybe (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Lego Direct Parts Selection

(...) Actually I'm a bit annoyed by the lack of small bricks. In particular I need a ton of 1x1 and 1x2 bricks in Lt. Grey for my Castle sets. (...) It wasn't on the TLG mainpage at the time, I couldn't find any links ON TLG's site (URL) maybe i'm blind.
