I believe that LEGO Direct wants to "own" the accounts wherever they choose to sell the shirts through (i.e., they keep the password to the account and they receive all the cheques at their own mailing address). Out of curiosity, do you know of other shirt places online that do 100% of the post-design work (taking the orders, taking the money, printing the goods, (...)
