It's just some law that they have to say "No purchase necessary. " Ever see a commercial contest without that? P.S. I get emails to enter a smart phone software contest. You have to already have the phone and the compiler, and buy a support contract, to enter. If you win you get the phone and the compiler. Yet "No purchase necessary." The mind boggles.
