Hrm... In order for this to happen, the lugnet.lego newsgroup would have
to be added to the 'Newsgroup:' header on an official @lego.com post (if
it's not already included explicitly by the poster) -- so that the post
would actually appear in the group -- and that's not a problem per se, but
then what happens when someone replies to the post? Every reply would then
go into the .lego newsgroup. To avoid that, the 'Followup-To:' header could
be set or munged as well to remove .lego from the list, but the 'Followup-To'
header doesn't guarantee anything -- it's only a suggestion to the newsreader
application.
Perhaps some other kind of constructed index would serve the purpose?
For example, what if there were a webpage you could go to and see all
the @lego.com messages? Of what if you could specify arbitrary criteria
by which certain messages would automatically be selected and brought to
your attention?
