3660 Blue Slope Brick 45 2x2 inverted should be 5 not 4

799 Car Steering-Gear Axle is white, do not know how they determined it was
black as the inventory was done from instructions. My set had a white one in
it, there are other sets that have a black brick and white 799.

3023 Plate 1x2 should be 2 not 4
