I realize that.  The parts that were not in the motor set were parts that were
extra in the 8851.  What Lego did was include the parts to put the motor in
except for the parts that were in the motor set itself.  If you build the model
without the motor these parts are extra.  They did not duplicate anything in the
motor set, just showed how to insert it into the 8851 with the extra parts
included in 8851.
