Well if you look at the first part that goes over building the engine, you will
notice that it shows sliding the 9v wheels onto the axel, then placeing them in
the holder. So obviously it is a new set, how it ended up online before its
anocement however is extremely odd.....Well if you look at the first part of the
PDF in the first instructions that covers building the engine, you will notice
it shows sliding the 9v wheels onto the axel, then placing them in the holder.
So obviously it is a new set, since that axle/wheel design is new with the RC
sets. The PDF quality is horrible and it is supersaturated so that the colors
are messed up so that it appears to be light green bricks shown, when I believe
it is actually standard green. How it ended up online before its announcement
however is extremely odd.....
