When I announced my first (very large) Rubik Cube, I was very disappointed to hear that somebody else already made a Rubik Cube (only a couple of months before I did). Even more, Martin Howard’s Cube was smaller than mine.
I had to try again and do better this time.

The small version of the Rubik Cube

(...) I think thats what the Lego community is about, it spurs you on to bigger (smaller!) and better things, its nice to see that you took it as a challenge. The smaller cube looks good, its handy that two plate/tiles + the 'lip' on a slope = a (...) (21 years ago, 1-Dec-03, to lugnet.build, FTX)

(...) Good work! I think that's as small as it can go (with 3x3x3 studs the 2:5 ratio doesn't hold). Great minds think alike - good to see some careful use of paper - my cube would never have existed with out it! I was curious to see that the cube (...)
