  Re: LSynth 2.0 Available

Bill, My initial thought is.... what are the chances that someone will find a commercial use for this program? But in thinking about it more, I have no idea how far other contributing authors will take this program, so out of respect for their (...)   Re: Sand Green and POV

(...) Try using L3P and POV-Ray without LPub, because I'd be surprised if it was an LPub issue. If it works without LPub please let me know. Could it be that L3P doesn't know how to map the Sand Green color to RGB? (...) (22 years ago, 17-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.inst)

  Sand Green and POV

All, I have built a model in MLCad in Sand Green. Using LPub, I rendered out the main image and rather than Sand Green, the color came out light gray. How can I make sure that it renders in Sand Green? Thanks! Jake --- Jake McKee LEGO Enthusiast (...) (22 years ago, 17-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.inst)

  My first instructions online

I posted my first set of instructions to get the feel of all this great software you gurus are coming up with. It is an end of line bumper for the end of a train track. Feedback is welcome whether good, bad, or ugly! (URL) on the "Creations" (...) (22 years ago, 17-Jan-03, to lugnet.inst, lugnet.trains)

  Re: LSynth 2.0 Available

(...) GPL is the best in terms or preserving the author's rights. Public Domain is a bad idea - it means you surrender any rights to the software, and people can then basically use it to build their own commercial programs and wouldn't owe you (...)   Re: Seeking input on reused user parts in building instructions

Hi Will, As I was writing the original post, I realized that I had a question for myself, does the X4 go on the image itself, or does it go in the web pages generated by LPub. If I make it go into the web pages, then I think it leaves more (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.inst)

Re: Seeking input on reused user parts in building instructions

While it is a great idea to supress the multiple rendering of the same steps, I'm not sure there is really any added value to displaying the "x4" on the last step. I find that I always take a pass through the final rendered instruction images, in my (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.inst)

Seeking input on reused user parts in building instructions

Hi, I've decided to tackle an issue that has been on my mind for a while. LPub's handling of building instructions, where sub-model user-defined parts are used multiple times in the overall design. It all started when I was editing a DSDK model (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.inst)
