Last year, TRU held a drawing open to the youngin's in which a Harry Potter minifig sculpture was to be given away. It wasn't quite as large as the maxi figs on the display, but it's design interested me enough to pop off a few pics of it and attempt my own rendition. This is the result:

It's a fairly close approximation of the drawing prize given away at various TRU locations. Size-wise, mine is a plate taller than the TRU version as I couldn't make out much detail on the head. That's also why the head doesn't look quite right. From the neck down, Harry is solid as I didn't want to mess with cross bracing my first time out. The head is hollow and mostly composed of plates.

Please note that I don't normally build sculpture, so this was something very different for me. I do have ideas for what I'd like to work on next, so don't think this is a one time thing.
