Yes it is a black cape with some printed white "racing" stripes.
Even cooler are her reflective goldish-orange google eyes.

No.

There is no toilet or Myrtle. Only a bad looking sink and a drop away
floor. (The rest of the set makes up for the bad bathroom.)

Yes. I thought it would be one of those cheap mylar panels when I saw the
picture, but it is an honest 5x6x1 solid panel with print.
