I disagree with Kecia. I have the new sets, and while they may seem like they are part of the modular design, there are many "topper" modules. Most aren't able to have other sets stacked ot top of them, only able to "sit" on other modules. ie:what (...) (23 years ago, 26-Sep-02, to lugnet.harrypotter)

When I look at the picture though, I am seeing a few of the first generation sets have been removed from the overall model. (23 years ago, 25-Sep-02, to lugnet.harrypotter)

(...) Hi Adam. Yes, the new Harry Potter (castle) sets are made to the modular design, just like the old ones. So you can build them together, just as you like.
